Letters from Participants
From Faiza
Dear future participants,
I'm writing this message to encourage you to attend a Sheworks program. I was a part of the first cohort, which focused on creating effective CVs and preparing for job interviews. The program was led by Şeyda hoca, from whom I learned a great deal. She didn't just teach us technical skills like how to build a CV; she also taught us the importance of being supportive and sharing our knowledge with each other. I'm not exaggerating when I say she is one of the best instructors I've ever met.
Moreover, the other participants were incredibly kind and supportive, and they were eager to share their knowledge. I originally joined the program to learn about CVs and interviews, but I was amazed to find that I learned so much more. I also met the best instructor, partners, and, of course, my buddy, Sara, who supported me the most. I'm so thankful that I attended this program and highly encourage any recent female graduate to join!
Best wishes...

Dear future participant
I hope this letter finds you well.
I will be very honest with you. A few days before the Sheworks workshop started I was feeling the anxiety and stress of trying to navigate the new world of post graduation - aka having no guidance nor plan whatsoever. That was quite overwhelming and distressing. luckily this experience came at the right time and was exactly what I needed and more. A place I can learn the skills and knowledge needed to start walking my path, the skills that really no one shedds the lights on, making us constantly feeling like we lack the characteristics needed for the work life. And best of all it was so enjoyable, so heartwarming, and so inspiring. It was my first experience in a workshop of such, and it was genuinely the best experience I could imagine.
My take home messages would be for you to take notes as much as possible. you don't want to miss details. Trust me they accumulate.
Secondly, share your experiences while you're there and don't shy away. It's the perfect opportunity to get to know yourself deeply and outloud while teaching others simultaneously. It is a safe environment so don't worry.
For me, the "elevator pitch" practice really pushed me to learn more about myself, and the new friends I made made it much more memorable. So look up for it.
I hope you get to learn as much as I did and more, and for you to find the answers to your questions there, and to make the best memories. 🙂
Warm regards,...

Dear Future Participants,
I’d like to share with you a bit of my experience and some advice as a former participant. These five days in the workshop turned out to be so much more than I expected, an experience I truly won’t forget, I learned a lot , not only from the expertise of Şeyde Hoca but also from my classmates.
To be honest, I wasn’t initially very eager to sign up, I mainly wanted to gain some information about the work field and how to navigate it. But once the workshop began, I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable each session was and how creative the methods used were to help us explore different skills and tasks.
My advice for you is to come as your true self, ask every question that crosses your mind, and don’t hold back. The more open and curious you are, the more enriching and unforgettable your experience will be.
Thanks to Şeyde Hoca and the girls, our class became a safe space where we could share, talk, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections. I hope you find the same joy and inspiration that I did.
Best regards...

Dear Future Participant,
If you are reading this, then you are standing before a wonderful opportunity!
When I first saw the announcement about the training, I wasn’t sure if I really needed it — after all, I already had work experience in different fields. But I decided to give it a try, because continuous learning is what truly makes the difference, and stopping our growth is the real danger.
During the training, I discovered so many valuable things: how to improve my CV and make it stand out, how to prepare for a job interview in a professional way, and the mistakes we should avoid as job seekers. These lessons boosted my confidence and completely changed the way I present myself.
What made the experience even more special was meeting ambitious, warm-hearted women. I realized that the strength of this program doesn’t only come from the skills we gain, but also from the encouraging community we become part of.
I also want to mention the trainer, who was approachable and easy to work with. Thanks to her wide life experience, she delivered information in a clear and gentle way, making the whole process both practical and enjoyable. She is truly an inspiring person.
To every future participant: give yourself this chance. You will learn a lot, and you will meet people who will make the journey even more meaningful. Remember — every small step toward growth is the beginning of a big change.
Sending you encouragement and best wishes...

Hello Ms. Bodur and everyone lovely reading this,
Honestly, when I first heard about this course, I felt it was exactly what I needed to encourage me and help me learn how to approach a job interview properly. I didn’t hesitate at all—I registered right away.
Since there’s a lot of information about business interviews online, it can sometimes be confusing or even inaccurate, and no one really confirms whether your ideas are right or wrong.
What made this experience truly special is that Ms. Şeyda was one of the kindest and most caring people with us. She never judged our words or directions—instead, she supported us, protected us, and encouraged us at every step. She was honest, had a strong presence, and with her Human Resources background, she clearly knew what’s right and wrong from both the company’s side and the applicant’s side.
Her participation was light, positive, and full of energy .
And even the girls I met through this course were amazing—everyone came with a clear purpose, and their passion was shining through their eyes and presence.
Thank you so much—I truly learned very useful things.
Best regards...

Dear Future Participant,
I still remember the excitement and uncertainty I felt before joining this journey. Looking back now, I can say with all honesty that it was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had.
What helped me most was reminding myself to stay open , open to learning, to connecting, to listening, and to sharing. You don’t need to have everything figured out from the start; just bring your authentic self, and everything else will follow.
One of my favorite moments was realizing that every single person in the community had something unique to give, and that together we created something far greater than what any of us could have done alone. That sense of belonging is something I will carry with me always.
And of course, a very special mention to Seyda Hocam, she is incredible. She doesn’t just teach, she shares her heart and her experience with such care, treating you like one of her sisters. She is the best coach I’ve ever come across, and without a doubt I’ll always join her workshops again. The way she guides, supports, and believes in you makes all the difference.
If there’s one thing I wish I had known earlier, it’s this: don’t hold back. Speak up, ask questions, share your ideas. The more you put in, the more you’ll take away.
My biggest takeaway is that growth happens not just through what we learn, but through the connections we build and the courage we find in ourselves.
So here’s my advice to you: trust the process, lean on the community, and let yourself enjoy the journey. And remember, you’re not just a participant, you’re part of a growing family.
I’ll leave you with this thought that guided me: “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” (Helen Keller)
With warm wishes...

Dear future participant,
Consider this program a blessing or great luck if you're new to this
Either way this is a genuine safe space lead by a genuine coach that delivers what she promises and more.
I learned a lot from this course. I personally learned how to present my skills, how to prepare for an interview, how to have a better CV, some of my strength points and most importantly that community is immunity! It was overall an enriching and empowering experience. Şeyda hoca is a genuine kind woman with valuable wisdom and definitely knows what she's doing. You're in safe hands 🙂
One last thing though, make sure to be on time!
